It was just rest, rest and rest after all the excitement. A few easy runs here and there to get the heart pumping and legs moving again.
I’m flying to Bangkok for weekend getaway tomorrow. Anticipating lots of shopping and walking! No running at all for 5 solid days. Hope it wouldn’t be too hard to get started again when I’m back.
And I gotta start planning the training program for the upcoming races:-

(Yes! It’s now or never. After much contemplation, I decided to sign up for Boston Marathon when they re-open the registration. And I got a slot!)
